Dear All,
In the last two months or so, ICOMAA Worldwide, Provost COMUI and Dr Abib Olamitoye have been in consultation with our members in diaspora in an effort to revive the ICOMAA UK and Ireland Branch. These consultations have yielded fruit leading to the constitution of an Interim Executive as shown in the flier above.
On behalf of all of us, we want to specially thank Dr Lai Ajileye for his passion and dedication to this project. We also wish to thank all our members who have accepted to serve on the Executive Council. We are indeed so very proud of all of you.
We thank the members of IMSG that have continued to give back to the COMUI every year to educate the students and staff of the College on cutting edge health care delivery. We envision that the new ICOMAA UK and Ireland branch will be more inclusive and engaging, bringing together all our medical specialists and the resident doctors in the catchment area. Together, we will all achieve more.
By the special Grace of God, the new ICOMAA UK and Ireland branch will be inaugurated virtually on Thursday 18 May 2023 at 9.00 pm WAT. Kindly Save the Date. A Zoom link for the event will be shared shortly. God bless you all.
