  • Planning and implementation of College network expansion i.e. new network arcas, extension of existing networks
  • Troubleshoot and maintain the existing College Network
  • Deploy and maintain College Network Services
  • Helpdesk functions(.Assist members of staff and units in resolving network related problems)
  • Design of College Website Maintenance and regular update of the College Website.
  • Co-ordinate the update of individual and departmental pages on the College website.
  • Design and implement software solutions for the activities of the College
  • Determine ICT related training needs of the College.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate ICT related training in the College.
  • Manage IT related facilities of the College.
  • Hardware support and maintenance.
  • Deploy and manage electronic learning (e-learning) platform for staff and students.
  • Helpdesk functions (software and hardware repairs for College and Departmental computer systems).
  • Supervise the ETF-sponsored cyber-café.
  • Supervise and coordinate the functions of ABH cyber-café.
